OVERSEAS SUPPORT

RKM factory provides overseas support to customers, including technical engineers going overseas to install and debug mesh welding machines, and training workers in customer factories to provide better services.

In addition, every year, the RONGKUAI factory technical director will lead technical engineers to visit customers in different countries to check the operating status of the mesh welding machines in the customer’s factories to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Overseas Support

1. If the customer needs engineers to go to the customer’s factory to install the machine, please make an appointment in advance.
2. When the machine arrives at the customer’s factory, check whether all parts of the machine are complete and undamaged, and whether the accessories are complete.
3. Prepare enough floor space and wires, and confirm the voltage again.
4. If the client does not speak English, prepare a translator in advance.
5. The workshop has enough workers to operate the production line.
