How Does a Reinforcing Mesh Welding Machine Work?
The production process begins with the automatic feeding of straightened rebar into the welding area. Longitudinal rebar is fed in by a servo-motor-controlled mesh-pulling trolley, while cross wires are automatically dropped at the programmed spacing. Subsequently, Pneumatic electrodes then apply resistance welding to each wire intersection, creating strong and consistent weld joints.
After welding, the finished rebar mesh is conveyed to a stacking system for collection and then output. The entire production process is controlled by a PLC system, ensuring stable, high-precision, and continuous automated production.
