Wire feeding system

Line wire

  • Line wire pre-straightening and pre-cutting, then put the line wires into the slot tunnel manually.
  • The slot tunnels can be adjusted for different mesh sizes.

Cross wire

  • Pre-straighten and cut the horizontal wires, and then put the large quantities of wires into the horizontal wire feeder.
  • Stepper motors and SMC cylinders control the drop of the horizontal wires.

Welding unit

  • The upper and lower welding electrodes are copper columns and copper blocks respectively, and all six sides of the copper block can be used.
  • The main motor drives the spindle for upper and lower welding.
  • Water-cooled transformer, high efficiency.

Automatic pulling mesh system

  • The net pulling system is controlled by a servo motor, and the PLC programming controls the net pulling distance.
  • SMC (Japan) air cylinders control pulling hook up and down, fixed mesh

Automated stacking system

  • The welded gabion mesh enters the stacking area through the conveyor line.
  • Robot arm No. 1 grabs the mesh and stacks it, robot arm No. 2 grabs the mesh and turns it over, and then robot arm No. 1 stacks it.
