The raw material is high-quality low-carbon steel wire. It is welded by one vertical wire and two horizontal wires, which makes the double-wire guardrail stronger and more durable than a single-wire guardrail.

Double Wire Fence Production Line includes the following:
1. Both straight lines and cross lines are pre-modulated and cut off. Straight lines are fed in manually and fed automatically, cross lines are automatically added and dropped by the hopper, and servo motors are used to repeatedly pull the net.
2. When welding, workers can prepare to feed the straight line again, saving feeding time and increasing output.
3. The wire threading tube is divided into upper and lower layers. The wire pushing device aligns the double wires and sends them to the welding system for welding.
4. After welding is completed, push the mesh to the mesh support device to support the mesh.
5. The grid grabbing module can grab the grid on the grid support platform and then move it to the specified location.
