Wire Feeding System

The production process starts with automatic wire feeding. Line wires are fed through a servo-driven feeding system, while pre-straightened and pre-cut cross wires are accurately supplied into the welding unit.

Line wire

The line wire feeding system uses a specially designed steel tube structure to ensure smooth wire movement. A servo motor with planetary reducer provides stable and accurate wire feeding, while the automatic clamping device allows adjustment for different wire diameters.

Cross wire

  • The cross wire should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.
  • The cross-wire feeding system can feed the cross-wire into the welding unit.
  • The cross-wire blanking is controlled by the SMC cylinder.

The welding system of this equipment adopts pneumatic welding technology. The welding electrode is controlled by a Japanese cylinder for welding. The pressure is the same, and the welding grid is flat and firm.
