Mesh Welding Machine for BRC Mesh

The BRC mesh welding machine is designed to weld rolled and panel mesh wire diameters(3-8mm) for industrial mesh, mine mesh, and building mesh.

The fully automatic rebar mesh welding machine is fully automatic, the line wire is coiled, and the cross wire is fed directly from the crosswire feeding system.

The production line adopts a modular structure and can be upgraded according to the customer’s automation level requirements.

  • The line wire pay-off has a maximum load of 1T wire, motorized rollers are pulling the line wires, uncoil smoothly.

Welding Unit

FAQ

  • During the reinforcing mesh production process, the welding electrode is pressed to the intersection of the steel bars by the cylinder. The cylinder controls the air pressure to produce a uniform pressing force that the welding electrode presses on the surface of the steel bar to ensure a uniform contact surface, thereby forming a stable welding point during welding.
  • The cylinder itself is not directly responsible for current transmission, but it provides support for the stability of the electrode. The copper welding electrode will generate high temperature and sufficient heat through the current to melt the steel bar and complete the welding.

The raw materials of steel mesh are usually the following types of steel bars, which have good tensile, bending and shear resistance:

  • Use high-quality steel bars: The material and surface treatment of the steel bars directly affect the welding quality.
  • Adjust welding parameters: Adjust the welding current and gas pressure according to the type and diameter of the steel bars.
  • Maintain the machine regularly: Ensure the pneumatic system, welding electrodes, and other key components are in good working condition.

Check the pneumatic system regularly: check whether the air pump and air pipe are leaking or worn.

The cylinder is subjected to high pressure and frequent movements during the welding process, so regular maintenance and care are required:
