Wire Feeding System

Line wire

  • The line wire is inserted into the wire feeding system through the “V-groove”. The distance of the “V-groove” is set according to the mesh size.
  • The line wire passes through the wire inlet, the front end is against the baffle, line wire is aligned.
  • The wire inlet has a clamping device to adapt to different wire diameters.
  • The servo motor controls the Songxian system and the straight line enters the welding unit.

During the welding procedure, the line wire feeding system will be going back, refilled by the operator, doubling the production speed!

Cross wire

  • The cross-wire feeding system requires manual intervention to lay the cross-wire flat and feed it into the feeding system. Through this precise guidance, the cross-wire can be evenly distributed on the blanking rack, avoiding the tangling and loosening of the cross-wire, thereby improving the accuracy and production efficiency of the mesh.
  • SMC cylinder precisely controls the weft thread to fall into the welding unit.

Welding Unit

  • The Pneumatic welding method, SMC multi-force cylinder control, single-wire connection, European design, and pneumatic welding ensure welding quality, stability, and firmness.
  • In the welding process, an effective welding transformer is used, and the circulating water is forced to cool, which is small in size and saves energy.
  • Each electrode is controlled by an SMC cylinder. The pressure can be exactly the same. So, the solder joints are uniform and the finished mesh is flat.
