Their factory operates light, standard, and heavy-duty expanded metal machines, producing a wide range of expanded metal applications, including filter screens, step platforms, ceiling tiles, furniture decoration, security fencing, and building exterior decorative mesh.
Recently, the Brazilian customer received a large order for exterior decorative mesh. Their current heavy-duty expanded metal machine was experiencing low production efficiency and could not deliver the order on time. The Brazilian customer’s expanded metal requirements included:
1. The raw material should be 4-6mm galvanized sheet metal.

As for the automatic feeding system, RKM engineers spent ten days researching and developing a hydraulic feeding system. After testing and safety inspections, it was found to be operating normally and providing stable material feeding.
