A Singaporean customer purchased an expanded steel mesh machine. Recently, the customer came to the factory to inspect the machine. RKM engineers prepared the raw materials in advance, installed and debugged the expanded metal machine, and prepared for the customer to inspect the goods.
The engineer operated the expanded metal-making machine after the customer arrived at the factory. After observing the machine’s appearance, the customer found two rough workmanship on the machine body, which needed to be improved by the factory, polished, and repainted; the machine ran smoothly without any problems. Then the finished product specifications were inspected. When measuring the mesh, it was found that the deviation from the customer’s specifications was somewhat large. After the engineer readjusted the punching die, the finished product specifications met the customer’s requirements.
