Pre-cut cross wires are delivered into the welding zone via a pneumatic feeding unit. Utilizing advanced European resistance welding technology, the setup guarantees maximum weld strength and perfect panel flatness.
A high-precision servo carriage pulls the mesh through the welding cycle. Once reached the designated length, a heavy-duty hydraulic shear cuts the mesh panel precisely.
After cutting, an automatic dropping mechanism deposits the panel onto the transport system. When stacked to the set quantity, the transport system automatically discharges the mesh bundle.
